Three days were dedicated to establishing sustainable partnerships. Partnerships among vocational education institutions (schools, NGOs, public services, etc.) aimed at developing a joint project on climate protection and sustainability, formulating a corresponding Erasmus application, and implementing the project in case of approval.
46 participants from a total of 19 countries received ample input, were provided with best practice examples, and experimented with methods that conveyed the topic of climate protection and sustainability in a playful manner.
Finally, the climate activists gathered in different groups to focus on various aspects and create a concrete project.
The group called „Green Activism“ consists of representatives from schools and NGOs from Sweden, Finland, Poland, and Austria. The goal is to point out to young people that it is time to take action and to develop tools together with them that promote green activism among youth.
The Erasmus+ seminar for vocational education took place from June 16 to 18 in Warsaw. The capital of Poland surprises and impresses. A small, extremely charming historical center borders a typical government district from the 19th century, which leads into a neighborhood with brutalist buildings from the communist era, ultimately transitioning to a highly modern skyscraper district around the train station.

On the other side of the Vistula River, where one can cycle, walk, and relax, gentrification is currently underway: the 19th-century working-class district with its typical brick buildings is gaining trendy venues and shops, cool apartments, and restaurants.
And everywhere there are green spaces to relax, well-developed bike paths, and a public transport network that functions flawlessly. Chapeau!
Thanks to the OeAD, who repeatedly makes it possible to take part in such TCAs (Training and Cooperation Activities).
